Legacy Probate International respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Legacy Probate International provides this Statement of Privacy to inform you of our privacy policies, practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and how the information is used. We’ve structured our websites so that, in general, you can visit Legacy Probate International on the web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. SMS Text Terms and Conditions

Legacy Probate International (aka LPI) primarily uses texting to locate missing heirs to estates.  When we are successful and begin the process of proving our client’s inheritance rights in court, we may text you again to help with the proof process.  

When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages will be communication about your case. You can opt-out from receiving texts from LPI at any time. Just text “STOP” to 801-739-7777. After you text “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You can also call our Delray Beach office at 561-749-7777 or our Salt Lake office at 801-739-7777. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START” to 801-739-7777 or call our offices, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Types of Information We Collect

This Statement of Privacy covers personal information, non-personal data collections and aggregate reporting.

Personal Information is information that is associated with your personal identity. Legacy Probate International uses personal information to prove you are an heir to the specific estate we are working on. Once you choose to provide us with personal information, you can be assured it will be used only use in court by Legacy Probate International as evidence of your relationship to the decedent. We take seriously the trust you place in us. Legacy Probate International will not sell, rent or lease your personal information to any third-party.  When the case has been settled in court and the client has received their inheritance, Legacy Probate International, will shred all personal information relating to the client and the case.

Child Privacy

The Sites are committed to protecting the privacy needs of children and we encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. The Sites do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13 and the Sites do not target its websites to children under 13.

How We Use Your Information

Legacy Probate International uses your personal information in court to aid in proving you are an heir to your referenced estate.  We do not share this information with third parties. 

Keeping Your Information Secure

Legacy Probate International is committed to protecting the information you provide us. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, to maintain data accuracy, and to ensure the appropriate use of the information, Legacy Probate International has in place appropriate physical and managerial procedures to safeguard the information we collect.  We then shred all of your personal information after we’ve proven your relation to the decedent in court, and you receive your inheritance.
